The Curious Coddiwompler

It’s been a very long time since I posted last, so here is the quick update of what has happened since…

I moved. Again. I am renting a small bedroom from my longtime friend here in Key West. She also had a place for my camper in one of her driveways across the street from me.

I finished last semester of law school, took a J-term class on legal updates in life science law, so I flew home for a week. Started my 6th (of 9) semester of law school, taking extra credits so I can graduate in May of 2027 and sit for the July 2027 bar exam. (It’s a 50th birthday present.. lol). School this semester has been especially time-consuming and challenging. I have had little time for much else than work and school.

I am working for my OG dive shop, where I got all of my certifications up to rescue. I even found my old record, still in my maiden name. I spent many December days, including Christmas Eve, on the boat working the deck or teaching.

It’s been nice to have friends come and visit and dive with me. My friends, once students of mine, came from up north on a couple of occasions. How lucky I am for them to come visit. We went diving, we went lobstering (followed by a fabulous dinner)

So that’s about it. I moved, and other than that, I am either doing schoolwork or diving. Sorry for the long absence. I have had a lot to say and have started many half-posts, but my normal thoughts never made it into a full post. That should be changing shortly…
